Our Volunteers
I believe that India will never achieve its real evolution story until the women folk of the country is empowered to make choices and transform their own lives. With this thought, NVV (Nirja Vikas Vardhini) began its journey 18 years ago. Today Nirja Vikas Vardhini has transformed into the Skill Development Organization, with a mission to empower 5-lakh+ women in the upcoming 10-years through Participatory development across Maharashtra. Our aim is to create an exemplary for development that can be replicated at scale across India and perhaps the world.
